This past winter has been especially difficult in my house. Daniel and I had an old, unreliable hot water heating system in the house. Most mornings, usually the very cold mornings, we would wake up to find that the heat had not cut on during the night and the hot water heater had no hot water. Well, needless to say, we had to re-light the pilot lights, and wait for ten to fifteen minutes before we could take a hot shower and even begin to have a remotely warm house.
We called T.E. Young Heating and Cooling. We had heard through a friend that they had excellent products and excellent custom service. They were right. The next day one of their Comfort Consultants came over at a time that was convenient for us, (I believe it was around 9:00 PM) gave us an excellent demonstration as well as lot of information regarding the top quality True products. He answered our questions with professionalism and informed us on a variety of heating and cooling systems and how the systems would work. The Comfort Consultant from T.E. Young Heating & Cooling, Inc. analyzed our heating system and came up with a new system that was suited to fix our lifestyle, budget, and quality requirements.
Soon after, the work crew came out and began to work. The crew was exceptional. They were professional, personable, took the time to explain what they were doing as well as edjucating us on our new system, and even cleaned up after themselves. I, personally, have never seen a work crew clean up after themselves the way they did - they left our house the way they entered it.
T.E. Young is an excellent company to have work for you. They take the time to explain the process, as well as customize your heating/cooling system. They explain how to work the system, and complete the job in a timely manner. Not only do they do an excellent job, they follow up with you to make sure that everything is working well, and that you understand how to work the equipment effectively.
The Trane products that T.E. Young provided in our system are exceptional. Both the heating and the cooling system run efficiently and extremely quietly. We have noticed a great difference in our heating bill; it has dropped nearly 50% less than normal. The heat has been reliable, which, in my house is a welcome relief. We are thoroughly pleased with the products as well as the service we have received through T.E.Young Heating & Cooling. We would definitely recommend the Trane products as well as T.E. Young Heating and Cooling to anyone who is looking to redo their heating/cooling system.
